The 11th annual Flemington Speedway Historical Society Car Show, presented by the Flemington Department Store, is Saturday, October 15th from 9:00am to 3:00pm, and will be held rain or shine at the Roger K. Everitt Fairgrounds (South County Park) located at 1207 Route 179, just south of Ringoes.
From bikes to buses, boats to biplanes, first responders to race cars — entries are sought from all types of vehicles! Gates open for vendors and exhibitors at 7:00 a.m. Premium outdoor commercial vendor spaces are available. Flea market and swap meet vendors are welcome to set up inside the pole buildings. Space is limited, and placement will be determined upon arrival time; over-flow spaces will be filled outdoors. Flea market / part swap spaces are $20.00 each. No pre-registration is necessary. All types of vendors and crafters are also welcome, but only one (1) type of Direct Sales Representative per company is permitted, so be certain to arrive early or contact FSHS ahead of time to reserve your space!
The registration fee is $15.00 per vehicle - regardless of entry type. No pre-registration entries will be accepted. Entry fees will be taken at the gate only. Credit cards are not accepted. Class trophies will be awarded in several vehicle categories. Special awards will be presented. Spectator admission is $5.00 per person. Children 16 and younger are admitted free when accompanied with an adult. Spectator parking is free. There will be a DJ spinning your favorite car show tunes! Food and beverages are available for purchase. Proceeds benefit the Flemington Speedway Historical Society and the Hunterdon County 4-H and Agricultural Fair. The 2022 FSHS Car Show is featuring a Rockabilly Pin-Up Contest, with the winners assisting FSHS with our car show trophy presentation, with $500.00 in total prizes in gift cards! Judging will be at 12:15pm in the Grange Building (where registration occurs).

Ken Brenn's Birthday Celebration- Flemington Speedway Historical Society's Vice President Ken Brenn is turning 95 years old! Come celebrate with us at the Flemington Elks Lodge #1928 on Sunday, July 3rd from 1:00pm-4:00pm. Each attendee is asked to bring a covered dish to share! The Flemington Elks Lodge #1928 bar will be open. Cake will be served.

"Luncheon with Legends" - FSHS cordially invites FSHS members and any vintage drivers, car owners, pit crew members, officials, photographers, racing personalities, etc., to attend an afternoon of a "Luncheon with Legends". The luncheon will be held at the Flemington Elks Lodge #1928 on Saturday, February 5th, 2022, from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. The cost is $ 5.00 per person and a covered dish to share. Current Covid-19 guidelines will be in effect at the time of the event.
TAS Awards - 2022, Saturday, February 26
The TAS Awards honor "Flemington Speedway’s Most Influential Persons.” Flemington Speedway Historical Society honors its 2022 TAS Award recipients Ray Bateman, Paul Deasey, Wendy Kennedy, and Bobby Rossell!
Admission for the TAS Awards and nostalgic racing movies night is $10.00 per person, payable at the door. Collared shirts suggested for men.
Doors open at 5:30 pm; Hors d’oeuvres served at 6:00 pm, as well as nostalgic racing movies will be shown during this time. Cash bar will be open. Additional nostalgic Flemington Speedway racing movies will be shown after the TAS Awards presentation, which is scheduled to start at approximately 7:00pm, until the entertainment ends at 10:00pm.
This year's TAS Award honorees will join Flemington Speedway’s Most Influential Persons inaugural recipient Al Tasnady (“Tas”), the eight-time Flemington Speedway Modified Track Champion and Track Official, whom the award was renamed to honor.
Race cars and memorabilia will be on display, and door prizes and more are planned for this memorable evening!
We hope you will join us in honoring this group of TAS Award recipients with an evening of nostalgic Flemington Speedway race movies before and after the TAS Award presentations!
